Concise Return & Exchange Policy
At The Human Space and Society, we believe in an exceptional experience. If you're not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help you, as per the following terms:
1. Eligibility & Timeframe
* You may request an exchange or return within 4 days only from the date you receive your order.
* After this period, we unfortunately cannot process your request.
* Product Condition: Items must be in their original, unused, unwashed, and undamaged condition, with all original tags and branding from The Human Space and Society still attached and in their original packaging.
* Proof of Purchase: The original purchase receipt or online order invoice is required.
* Exclusions: Used, altered, or tag-removed items cannot be exchanged or returned.
2. Shipping Fees
* Customer Responsibility: The customer is responsible for return/exchange shipping fees if the request is due to a change of mind or incorrect size selection.
* Our Responsibility: We will cover all shipping fees (pickup and return) if the return/exchange is due to a product defect or an error on our part.
3. Refund Process
* Full refunds (excluding original shipping fees) will be processed via bank transfer or InstaPay.
* Refunds typically take 3 to 5 business days to reflect in your bank statement.

رسوم الشحن -
مسؤولية العميل: يتحمل العميل رسوم الشحن للاسترجاع أو الاستبدال في حالة تغيير الرأي أو اختيار مقاس غير مناسب
مسؤوليتنا: نتحمل نحن جميع رسوم الشحن (الاستلام والإرجاع) في حالة وجود عيب في المنتج أو خطأ من جانبنا
استرداد الأموال -
سيتم استرداد المبلغ المدفوع بالكامل (باستثناء رسوم الشحن الأصلية) عن طريق تحويل بنكي أو InstaPay
تستغرق عملية استرداد الأموال من 3 إلى 5 أيام عمل
